Cancellation Timeframe
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with the reason for cancellation.
If your request meets the cancellation requirements, it will be reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
- Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 48 hours after the order was placed
- Products labeled as Final Sale or Non-Cancellable
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
