Exchange Policy at Starquality Furniture
At Starquality Furniture, we are dedicated to delivering your seeds in perfect condition. However, if any issues arise, we have a straightforward and fair exchange policy in place.
1.Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
The plant arrives damaged due to shipping.
An incorrect item was delivered (wrong variety, size, or quantity).
The plant shows signs of poor health upon arrival (excluding damage caused by customer handling).
2.Exclusions from Exchange
We cannot process exchanges in the following cases:
Customer’s personal preference or color differences.
Damage caused by delayed unboxing or improper care.
Exchange requests made more than 15 days after delivery.
Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
3.Exchange Process

Our team will respond within one business day to confirm whether your item qualifies for an exchange.

If a return is necessary, we will provide the return address. Please use a trackable shipping service for the return.
Step 4: Replacement Shipment
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement within 2 business days and provide you with tracking details.
4.Shipping Fees
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.
If the exchange is due to a customer preference (approved on a case-by-case basis), the customer will be responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
5.Packaging Reminder
